Answer: Yes, it comes in a pair. 2 wraps included, one for each hand

Question: How do you determine the right length for your hands?
Answer: it depends on what you want to use them for. So, if you want just wrist and hand support get the shorter ones. But if you want to interlace through your fingers get the long ones. Also, smaller hands, get the shorter ones. Larger hands, get the longer ones. Kids can use the 120” length.

Question: Are these washable?
Answer: Yes, they are machine washable. Cold Temperature with like colors. Helpful tip: place in a mesh bag and throw in the washing machine on any cycle.
